This guarantee reflects the engineering standards, material quality and controlled manufacturing processes applied to every roll of X-Line film.
When professionally installed and properly maintained, X-Line is designed to maintain its structural integrity and surface performance for extended service life.
What Is Covered
Subject to the conditions outlined below, the X-Line 10-Year Manufacturer Guarantee covers:
Cracking or splitting of the film
Delamination (separation of layers)
Bubbling not caused by installation error
Excessive yellowing beyond normal ageing tolerance
Adhesive failure under normal conditions
Coverage applies only to verified material defects attributable to manufacturing faults.
Performance Expectations
X-Line film is engineered to provide:

Resistance to environmental contaminants
Dimensional stability under temperature variation
Surface resilience against minor abrasion
It is important to note that paint protection film is a sacrificial protective layer. Surface wear over time is expected as part of normal service life, particularly in high-impact areas.
Minor cosmetic wear that does not affect structural integrity is not considered a defect.
Conditions of Coverage
To remain eligible under this guarantee:
The film must be installed by an authorised or qualified professional installer.
Proper vehicle preparation procedures must be followed prior to installation.
The film must not be subjected to misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.
Damage caused by accidents, vandalism or external impact beyond intended protective capacity is excluded.
Chemical exposure outside normal automotive environments may void coverage.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in warranty claims being declined.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under the manufacturer guarantee:
Installation errors or workmanship defects
Improper maintenance or cleaning methods
Use of abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners
Intentional damage or abuse
Damage resulting from collision or impact exceeding film design limits
Natural wear in high-impact zones
If installation workmanship is in question, the installing workshop should be contacted directly.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the following may be required:
Proof of professional installation
Proof of purchase
Photographic evidence of the issue
Inspection by an authorised representative or installer
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, X-Line may, at its discretion:
Replace the defective film, or
Supply replacement material for reinstallation
Labour reimbursement policies, if applicable, should be confirmed with the authorised distributor.
